DMancy 개인정보처리방침 — 인스타그램 연동

본 방침은 DMancy(이하 "서비스")의 인스타그램 메시지 연동 기능에 적용됩니다. 서비스는 퍼포머(마술사·공연 예술가)가 본인 소유의 인스타그램 프로페셔널 계정에 도착한 관객 메시지를 실시간으로 확인하고 응대할 수 있도록 돕는 크리에이터 인게이지먼트 도구입니다.

1. 수집·처리하는 정보 (Instagram/Meta 플랫폼에서 취득)

• 계정 식별자(account ID), 사용자명(username), 계정 유형(account_type)
• 메시지 수신용 액세스 토큰(access token)
• 관객이 퍼포머 계정으로 보낸 메시지 텍스트 (실시간 전달 목적, 임시 처리)

위 외의 데이터(미디어, 팔로워, 인사이트 등)는 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

수집된 정보는 퍼포머 본인에게 관객 메시지를 실시간 전달하는 목적에만 사용됩니다. 그 외 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다.

3. 보관 및 폐기 (중요)

• 관객 메시지 텍스트는 퍼포머 본인에게 전달하고 공연 중 다시 확인할 수 있도록 회사의 데이터베이스에 보관됩니다. 보관된 메시지는 해당 퍼포머 본인과 서비스 운영자만 열람할 수 있으며, 퍼포머가 요청하면 삭제합니다.
• 액세스 토큰·계정 식별자는 연동 유지 중에만 보관하며, 퍼포머가 앱 내 '인스타그램 연결 해제'를 실행하면 즉시 삭제됩니다.

4. 제3자 제공

수집된 어떤 정보도 제3자에게 제공·판매·공유하지 않으며, 광고 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다.

5. 이용자 권리 및 삭제 요청 (User Data Deletion)

• 즉시 삭제: 앱 내 [설정] > [인스타그램 연결 해제]로 연동 토큰·식별자를 직접 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 이메일 요청: [email protected] 으로 요청 시, 접수일로부터 7일 이내에 관련 데이터를 삭제하고 결과를 회신합니다.

Data Deletion: You can delete all connection data instantly in-app via Settings > Disconnect Instagram. Alternatively, email [email protected] and we will delete your data within 7 days and confirm by reply.

6. 플랫폼 정책 준수

본 서비스는 Meta 플랫폼 약관 및 개발자 정책을 준수하며, 인스타그램에서 취득한 데이터를 위 명시된 목적 외로 이용하지 않습니다.

This service processes audience messages solely to deliver them to the account owner (the performer) in real time. Message text is stored in our database so the performer can review it during a show. It is accessible only to that performer and the service operator, is never sold or shared with third parties, and is deleted on request. Access tokens and account identifiers are deleted immediately upon disconnection. Data collected from Instagram/Meta: account ID, username, account type, access token, and inbound audience message text only. Deletion requests: [email protected]
